Placing an image inside a circle and then making it look as though it is laced onto the arm is a very effective way of combining Celtic knotwork with a central symbolic element. Here we see a favorite dragon belt buckle positioned cleverly inside a lacing of Celtic weave, all one integral design. Any pre-existing small tattoo or other personally meaningful symbol could be placed within this design to make a band. |
