This is an adaptation of a traditional knotwork pattern found in an illuminated manuscript. It originally was dogs, but I changed the heads to dragons and stretched it out thin and long, so that it makes a band that wraps around the arm and has the heads meeting up on the front side of the arm or ankle. |
