Designed as a custom request, this Celtic knot pattern represents the way the hearts of a family are bound together with many connections. Here the design is shown with the first letter of the family's last name in the center, and each of the members are represented by the stars in the four corners, the darkened one representing one who had passed away. The design would also perfectly accommodate four names of loved ones in those areas. An example of the way that a tattoo can serve as a dedication to those one loves.
