St Stephen's Cathedral Clock

The face of an ornately detailed clock on the facade of St Stephen's medieval cathedral in Vienna, Austria. The original construction of the building began in 1147, most of the present structure was built in 14th century. The words AETER NAM for "eternity" join a crown, shrouded skull, flaming sword, wreath of victory and an ouroboros to make a mysterious and compelling whole.
